RETURN POLICY

  • All hair extensions and custom units are final sale, exchange only on unworn and lace still inserted on unit. You are responsible for exchange shipping fee


  • Lady apparel are not returnable under any circumstances. All of our items are inspected very closely before shipped out to our customers. It’s important that you get your correct size when ordering. If you are unsure about how something runs in the description box then please email us. Email is found under “Contact Us” tab. 


  • Items must be return within 5 days after you received items for size ONLY exchange. If you need a different size items are to be sent back unworn, all tags/packaging attached and items still in the same condition as it was received. You are responsible for return shipping cost. 
  • Since all of our items are inspected before being sent out, we are not responsible for any damaging that happens in your care. We only handle items that are damage or defective once you take out of packaging before trying on.


  • If a return is to take place, all returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Z LUXXE’ By Zendaya E-Gift Card. 


  • We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. 


  • Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are received back to us. Without proof of delivery Z LUXXE’ By Zendaya will not honor your return refund.
